Illustrious-XL (and therefore also NoobAI-XL) is based on the Danbooru2023 dataset, so the base model as well as its finetuned models know a lot of different hair style tags. I tried every hair style tag on Danbooru and I'm listing all that actually worked on a female character in a similar order.
You can also combine several hair style tags to create almost any hair style you can imagine.
