Don't see an official announcement and figured I'd note it for other users that haven't seen it yet since there's (as far as I see) no official announcement yet.
PS: Using "remix" on an image in your queue to set your image generation settings now resets your tip percent. I already filed bug report but I guess if you can replicate it you can file your own report.
