Step-by-Step Guide Series: ComfyUI Auto Installer

English is not my mother tongue, so I apologize for any errors. Do not hesitate to send me messages if you find any.
This guide is intended to be as simple as possible, and certain terms will be simplified.
Tool description :
The aim of this tool is to simplify the installation and configuration of ComfyUI. As well as downloading all necessary files such as models and workflows.
What's included :
- ComfyUI (portable version),
- Customized settings,
- ComfyUI Manager,
- Additional node (needed for my workflow),
- All my FLUX workflow (TXT to IMG, IMG to IMG, ...),
- All models, clip, vae, upscaler, needed.
Usage :
Go to the script page and download the latest version: link
Copy the script to the folder where you wish to install ComfyUI.
Please note: at least 50GB of free space is required
Double-click on the script to open it.
The first question lets you choose between the basic or optimized FLUX model (fp8).
If you don't know which to choose, answer A.
Schnell model (also known as turbo) allows rendering in just 4 steps (instead of 20-30) but achieves poorer results.
GGUF models are optimized versions of models, offering a good balance between ressources needed and quality. VRAM indications are not to be taken at face value, so it's best to try out the different versions for yourself.
I personally use the Q8_0 even though I have a 4080 with only 16GB of VRAM.
If you want to use ControlNet workflows, answer A.

This option lets you download the few LoRAs I've created.
From this point on, installation begins. Speed depends on your computer and internet connection.
- Download and install Git and 7zip if you don't have it.
- Download and extract Comfy UI.
- Download and install ComfyUI-Manger, additionnals nodes and python requirements.
- Download FLUX vae.
- Download FLUX clips : clip_l, t5xxl_fp8_e4m3fn, t5xxl_fp16 and ViT-L-14-TEXT-detail-improved-hiT-GmP-TE-only-HF.
- Download GGUF clip (if you have chosen one).
- Download FLUX unet.
- Download GGUF unet (if you have chosen one).
- Download UmeAiRT LoRA (if you have chosen it).
- Download Upscale model: 4x_NMKD-Siax_200k and 4x-ClearRealityV1.
- Download ControlNet models (if you have chosen it).
- Download ComfyUi settings for use new UI.
- Download my ComfyUi workflow for FLUX.
Once this is complete, ComfyUI opens automatically.
To start ComfyUI next time, run the script “run_nvidia_gpu-LOWVRAM.bat”.
