I got fed up with the management of saved styles... so I created an extension that allows you to edit your saved styles directly in the browser.
You can also split styles up into categories to make them easier to manage, add notes to each saved style, filter, search and replace, delete saved styles, backup and restore styles, and more.
It's in the automatic1111 extensions list as Styles-Editor, or grab it from the repository at https://github.com/chrisgoringe/Styles-Editor.git
If it doesn't do something you think it should raise an issue in GitHub and I'll think about doing it...
