I broke Forge by reinstalling it to a different drive

I decided that I wanted Forge on a different drive. On 1st attempt I literally just copied its folder onto another drive. It didn't work, which didn't surprise me, so I installed it properly (the previously copied folder is still there, I just renamed it to avoid conflict)... but the newly installed Forge also doesn't work.

I don't understand what I need to do. I looked up this error, but there's a gazillion of answers which I also don't understand and I only got a headache from reading them.

If it helps, I may be able to follow instructions where I need to put CMD commands or edit texts using Notepad. But I don't use Github aside from downloading software as a guest. I'm the only user of this computer.

I mostly use Fooocus so it's not a huge issue for me, but it's still a tad upsetting + Fooocus supports only SDXL branch models.
