I'm seeing some people having trouble with Forge Webui so here are settings used on Nvidia A2000 Mobile 8Gb VRAM & 64Gb RAM.
The main settings are:
Checkpoint : Flux1-dev-bnb-nf4-V2.safetensors (https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/flux1-dev-bnb-nf4/blob/main/flux1-dev-bnb-nf4-v2.safetensors)
Diffusion in Low Bits : bnb-nf4 (fp16 Lora)
Sampling method: Eleur
Schedule type : Simple
Sampling steps : 20
That's it, simple but efficient.
And I just use the extension ADetailer when necessary.
