Steampunk aesthetic/concept for PonyXL

I have noticed that Pony doesn't do Steampunk very well at all, even with copious amounts of additional prompting, so I'd like to burn some buzz on getting one made.

Some pretty detailed specifications, hence the hefty amount of buzz for the bounty:
Technical Specs

• simple human-readable primary trigger prompt, e.g. steampunk rather than something like st34mpunkpdxl

• e621 tagging where possible (i.e. the most compatible with Pony)

• should not directly impact the style of the output, only the content (so that it can be use with style LoRAs)

• Ideally a large dataset (400+ images) to make sure there's a wide enough range of steampunky concepts

• an at least broad degree of manual tagging so that those concepts are reproducible, e.g. clockwork, airship, automaton, tesla coil, etc.

• metadata should not be removed from the LoRA (AI is a lot easier to work with when you can see what's actually trained in)

Conceptual Specs

• victorian/fantasy vibe with a sprinkling of magic (magitech)

• include humanoids, cityscapes and machines

• mixture of dark and optimistic vibes (optionally: some way to prompt between the two)

• ArtStation will also likely be a good source.

• Piltover from League of Legends and, by extension, the series 'Arcane'

• Mortal Engines (books/movie, has some nice concept/fan art)
