I'm looking for a Lora that could semi-reliably add the forehead mark and the black crystal earrings the members of the Black Moon Clan in Sailor Moon wear for other characters. It should be able to be mixed and matched with a variety of character Loras and do work at least semi-reliably, and without significantly affecting the art style.
If you post a Lora for the bounty, like to see a couple of examples of it working with other characters, maybe from a variety of series just to make sure.
