You can change handguns for some other weapon - it can do knives, for example, but I didn't test it much with anything else.
I strongly recommend putting "bad quality, lowres, poor drawing" into negatives.
Known issues:
It can add boot soles to bare feet - specify "bare feet" or "barefoot".
Sometimes the shape of feet (especially in boots) can be quite... specific. I don't know how to fix that.
If you want objects in the character's hands, I recommend writing "holding weapons, handgun" into negatives. You can try to guess why.
