Limbs: Otyughs have three or four thick, elephantine legs that support their bulky bodies. These legs are powerful and allow them to move surprisingly quickly despite their size.
Tentacles: They possess three muscular tentacles, two or three of which are covered in sharp thorns. These tentacles are used for grappling prey and delivering devastating blows.
