⚡LightningVFX - Create more consistent Lightning Reviews

I thought it said 'lighting' and used it to try and create more consistent lighting between images. It did almost work too; it tended to generate characters with very static and sharp lighting schemes. The 'lightning' does explain why it was trying to create some kind of ribbon in the background though.
