I made this smartass engineer yet skilled Damon Baird from Gears of War. He's known for his hair and his iconic blue goggles. Master of mechanics and science stuff. Alas, Baird is notoriusly known for his extremely poor attitude during his years in Delta Squad. He also very sarcastic person. For some reason, he also considered as top fan favorite in the series.
