I heavily recommend using 0.9 and above for her weight, as this will keep her facial details fairly consistent. Although her scars might look very different depending on your base model.
I also recommend using "amputee" and "missing limb" for untrained outfits. This Lora was trained with the amputee in tag, it is mostly good at not generating one arm.
