Mango Sticky Rice is meant to produce photorealistic images of various themes. I've tested with fantasy, scifi, landscapes, mechs, cybernetics, robots, women, men, etc. Sometimes the initial generation may look more like an illustration (particularly if the character or focus is far away), but using Loopback Scaler (my preferred method) or Highres fix will help pull it back to photorealism rather well.
One thing to note is that it can be difficult to generate a male character sometimes since so much training has a female bias. I highly recommend Zovya's Gender Slider to help with this.
Please note that the prompts shown for the images are the initial generation prompts. When using Loopback Scaler or upscaling, I modify the prompts to bring out or reduce certain features, and of course prompts become very simple for inpainting most of the time.
For final upscaling I use Ultimate SD Upscaler.
These are the two upscalers I use I this point:

I almost exclusively use DPM++ 2M Karras for generation and upscaling through Ultimate SD Upscaler. I do swap to DDIM for Loopback Scaler though!
