We are in a bleak dystopian world, the human race has declined into bio-mech mutants, the world is mostly desert the atmosphere pure poison, but hey, no reason to get depressed. Trained on wierd deformed creatures so don't expect sexy babes... the anatomy gets pretty funky but mostly makes sense. Promting mutant, bio-mech, post-apocalypse and similar will make it feel right at home.
