A lot of images were low res so there is can be twinning and duplicating characters if using a large resolution from that start. It may be cleaner to start with a low res and step up with Img2Img.
Regrettably SD is right hand biased - Lemnear is left handed it is rare to get this to generate despite all pictures show the sword in her left. The model will also tend to mirror image asymmetric clothing if showing from the back.
