This is my first attempt in creating a Lora for Girls with Hyper Muscles. Unfortunatly the Muscles do not get as big as I hoped for, but they get pretty big non the less.
It was trained on about 50 pictures I collected some time ago on the internet.
The trigger word is hyper-muscles.
Recommended additional prompts: muscular female, veiny muscles,
I also noticed on some models, that adding the tag 3d to the positive promt improves the details of veins and abs. But this does not work well with every model.
