While one can get decent results just adding pregnancy to prompts for most models, I wanted one that gave a bit more realism and control over size. Could be NSFW, but it's really meant for clothed, and was created from such examples.
This plays nice with most models and other LORAs. I find it best between 0.75-1. Might want to include "double bellybutton" in the negative prompts as it does like to do that.
Keywords:
preggo - average full term size
just_showing - works best for realistic, just a tiny bump
very_preggo - produces large bellies that would have twins, etc.
ABOUT 'REALISM': Most AI models here are about creating a more perfect version of real. Therefore, your results will skew towards what the model or prompts think is 'ideal'. If you are looking for more realistic skin, blemishes, etc - try using more realistic models + no/few negatives. Most negative prompt embeddings naturally remove blemishes, etc, as imperfections.
ABOUT 'SAME FACE': Same face syndrome also comes down to the model used, the LORA used and your negative prompts. My files are based on realism. If you use a realistic model (Like Deliberate), and keep negative prompts to a minimum, you will get more realistic faces and skin textures. However, you may need to sift through more unusable generations. It can be a trade off.
Prompts that help realism: realistic skin, blemishes, highly detailed. Avoid any embedded negative prompts, and only use the bare minimum.
