ERA_09 Detailer (Negative embedding)

V1 - Initial release.

V2 - Reduces over-sharpening from V1 and also is far more adaptable across a wide range of styles.

A detailer primarily designed for my upcoming newly released model, but it should work across the board.

Adds both detail and prevents some of the more aggressive repetition and artifacts that happen when generating larger images. Shouldn't affect image color.

Images were generated with hires. fix at 2.2 with a denoise strength of 0.6
