Alisa Bosconovitch from the Tekken series. Trained on NAI. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.
Trigger word is "alisab" and "multicolored hair" is virtually mandatory.
Add "multicolored hair, hair flower, dress, cleavage, detached sleeves, white gloves, short shorts, asymmetrical legwear" for her typical look.
"Mechanical wings" adds her wings, but is somewhat inconsistent.
