Grit (SDXL 1.0) textures with irregularities (rust, grit, stains), useful for game assets or a vintage look. Created from an in-house photo dataset of textures, collected on a field trip. The Lora is intended as a texture creation helper, for tileable textures, but it also works in scenes to texture objects. It adds randomness and structure to various photos. (SDXL 1024x1024). Try to use weights around 1.5 for best textures, although even 0 will change the image a little (for the better).
