Four (DrakenGard/drag-on dragoon) LoCon and Lora

next up is five, may do other DrakenGard/Nier characters.

the first version is a LoCon, but the recent releases of A1111 have them natively supported i believe, so it should work for most people, will upload a lora version shortly.
