A round and sligthly wet friend approaches!
It works to generate it just with PKMN_Spheal but for better control you can use beige belly, beige flippers and blue skin, blue tail. For the shiny swap to pink skin, pink tail.
One issue I've encountered so far:
If it is on it's back AI fails to put the flippers on their right position..and sometimes they are completely missing. Talking about round friend....
