I found this model to affect backgrounds a lot but in a good way mostly. It adds a lot of details without making things messy - I like the results a lot! Funny enough, the grate itself could work better. Depending on the setting sometimes it didn't appear for me at all, and sometimes didn't look right. Luckily in those cases simply prompting for "grate" seems to help.
