Just had to make my favourite Pokémon at some point. Loved this cheeky ghost since it's debut in the very first anime.
To give Gengar a tongue you don't have to necessarily prompt 'open mouth', just tongue out will often do.
With closed eyes you have to be a bit experimental with it. Gengar canonically closes it's eyes in two different ways and AI is too stupid to differentiate.
