As trained, a form-fitting mermaid skirt with a big bow on the back with absurdly long streaming ribbons. Probably loosely inspired by Madonna's Material Girl or Marilyn Monroe's Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend. Comes with shoulder straps, elbow gloves, a sash with the huge back bow. Retrained a few times to give flexibility, should be good enough for print. Because you're using the word back bow a lot, it will enjoy shooting from behind. The back bow will likely attach to anything. Will feed into a hair bow, wrist bows, ankle bows, maids, etc etc as well.
