Makes the character do the action of putting on thighhighs, with one of them already on.
I wanted to make this flexible so you could control if the position of the thighhigh should be at the ankle, shin, knee, or thigh, but I have not managed that yet. (It ignored the prompt and did it randomly.) This is the version which focuses on the thighhigh being pulled around the ankle.
