Pov over the shoulder modifier, its designed to handle multiple scenarios with this pov in mind.

Needs more work, right now theres a bias of bare shoulders, in future versions there will be better composition control. im kinda annoyed but it does work decently well.. enough to be pushed to prod for now, Use both activation tags to retain the right effect (this is also something that needs to be fixed)
