Neuro-sama (Momose Hiyori) LoRA

LoRA model for neuro-sama, whose live2d model is identically Momose Hiyori, but her appearance in fan arts (mainly made by Rune) is slightly different from the live2d model. (e.g. blue eyes rather than black eyes, neck bow rather than neck ribbon, etc.)

Recommend strength: ~0.8.
