lightning glare

when rivals get angsty and sparks fly from their eyes.

currently only a locon version, but since their native now it shouldn't matter much.

seems to work better at portraits ie: 512x768

weights 0.7 - 1.0

i've attempted to change the color by adding a color before the trigger word ie: red LtnGlr but it very rarely works.
