This lora should add a fabric texture to pantyhose/thighhighs/whatever other articles of clothing instead of or in addition to the "fine fabric emphasis" token string. It should otherwise have little to no effect on the image.
The strength of the effect can be controlled by the strength of the lora. It also won't work in certain situations without the fine fabric emphasis tag depending on the character/clothing.
