Creator Notes:

  • Trained on 375 film stills averaging a 1920x1080 resolution

  • Works really well with RealVisXL Checkpoint

  • Settings that worked for me:

    - Sampler: DPM++2M SDE CFG: 7.0 Steps: 30-35

  • Trigger with "rmuller" but can also use the other suggested words

  • Play with strengths between 0.4-1.0

  • You can get really cool visuals by pairing with most "Cinematic" LoRa's

  • This is my first ever LoRa so still finding ways to get the best results

I will continue to update my findings with this LoRa.

Please share your generations and keep creating cinematic visuals!

Robbie Müller, the legendary Dutch cinematographer, was renowned for his minimalist yet evocative visual style, characterized by naturalistic lighting, muted color palettes, and a keen sense of spatial composition. His work often embraced the beauty of imperfection, using soft, diffused light and a restrained approach to color to evoke mood and emotion. Müller’s collaborations with directors like Wim Wenders ("Paris, Texas," "Wings of Desire") and Jim Jarmusch ("Down by Law," "Dead Man") showcase his ability to transform landscapes and urban environments into poetic, almost dreamlike backdrops.

His use of color was subtle yet impactful, often favoring earthy tones and desaturated hues that enhanced the narrative’s emotional depth. By studying Müller’s iconic film stills—such as the neon-lit highways of "Paris, Texas" or the stark black-and-white contrasts of "Dead Man"—this LoRA aims to capture his distinct aesthetic, enabling the replication of his signature blend of realism and artistry. Perfect for creating visuals that feel both grounded and transcendent, this LoRA is a tribute to Müller’s unparalleled ability to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
