I use it at around 0.6-0.7 strength, make sure you emphasize that the head is robotic, including the hair, otherwise with a lot of models it will generate a human head, i use the following:

"android head, android skin, colored silver skin, android silver hair"

This however will generally push the generations to be headshots, so compensate that with a different shot type with higher weight, for example "(cowboy shot:1.3)"
