This model recreates the look of the classic yeh-yeh (or ye-ye) girls of French pop (like Francoise Hardy) as well as the 'it' girls of Britain in the sixties -- Twiggy, Jean Shrimpton, Julie Christie and so on, dressed by fashionistas like Mary Quant and photographed by (mostly) men like David Bailey. It also (often) works on male characters, giving them an androgynous feel -- think David Bowie or any number of seventies pop stars.
