Base illustrious doesn't seem to fully understand this concept and even if you prompt for the different parts, the finger isn't usually held up to the eye and I've never been able to get it to pull the eyelid.

One eye closed is less consistent depending on checkpoint/other LoRas and sometimes it closes the wrong eye but if you want to try:
