Rule of Thirds Composition Reviews

I'm not 100% convinced that this causes your generation to adhere to the Rule of Thirds, but it has some good--perhaps not intentional--effects on your generations. Perhaps by training the LoRA on data that makes a point to differentiate between each part of a 3x3 grid, it actually causes Stable Diffusion to generate in such a way that avoids some of the common problems of symmetry. So for instance, It may be helpful for the cases when you're trying to put a character in a room, but you just keep getting something that looks like the end of a hallway (walls in 3 directions). It's worth having this LoRA one ready for easy deployment, just to see if and how it may improve your normal generations. It's no guarantee it'll be better, but it will certainly look different.
