Breeze from the game Arknights.
The LoRA is triggered by "akbreeze"; you can get her outfit by adding "black cloak, open jacket, grey dress, corset, bow, bag, socks, sneakers" (alternatively use "black boots" for the footwear since she's depicted both ways). Depending on the model it may help to add additional descriptions / add undesired content to direct the outfit the way you'd like it.
I have no idea how any of this is supposed to work.
