プロンプトはPony版より更に複雑になってますが、Pony版より融通が利きます。Illustriousと相性が良さそうな印象ですね。
LoRAのweight値は1～0.6くらいを目安に作ってください。CFG scaleも調整によって大きく異なる場合が多かったです。
IllustriousXLの推奨プロンプトや推奨Sampling method等はPonyXLと異なる部分があるので事前に調べておくと良いかもしれません。
