Put it simply, the model intends to be trained for most every characters that appear in umamusume and their outfits as well as long as it is possible.

I did not test everything but characters should work correctly, and outfits as well if there are enough data (sometimes you may want to add other trigger words such as "plaid vest" and "plaid skirt" for "MayanoTopGun, casual outfit").

Use the model as how you would use a lora

People prefer lora because of its portability. In the examples I show how you can achieve basically the same thing by doing

But you still want a lora because it is much smaller

Unfortunately the current form of lora is not good enough because of the residual blocks are not trained. We have implemented full net lora and are testing it. Hopefully it will be nearly as good as the full model.
