Another request, sorry for my absence life got in the way, but I'm back hoping to make more Loras for myself and others. I think it works fairly well, but let me know how it works out for you. These characters only exist from the upper chest, up.
strength 1.0 is what I use but play around how you wish.

game hud background, white car in background - Use this to apply his ingame background. I had a hell of a time trying to get his background not to be so prominent but double tagging it seemed to work out.
