Its that free fighting game Brawlhalla. Yeah, that game, the style of it. I hope it works out for you. It requires you prompt for what you want as opposed to "dog with a sword", but it works!
Play with the Scheduler and Sampler to get your preferred look. It can change wildly, but sends out some good looks.
