Sweetie bald is an obscure and ancient fan-variant of Sweetie Belle from my little pony. She comes from a fan comic called "vocational death cruise" by Jananimations where after falling into a tar machine, she loses all of her hair. Said hair loss lasts for a while on his comics and tumblr account.
