Remove the "Bruiser Khang" trigger word and put "belt, gloves, fingerless gloves, pants" in the negative prompts to hopefully remove them (it's not guaranteed). You may also need to prompt "nude" if you want to make fully nude NSFW images.

You may want to lower the weight of the model since it seems to override your background sometimes. I recommend at least a weight of 0.8. The tattoo may be hard to generate properly but that's par for the course for tattoos in AI generation.
