Nei Akatsu (from Nei and Souta's Petite Manga)

This required some cropping to get the dataset together, but it pulled itself off rather well. Somewhat similar to Mei is that she has an eyepatch to hide her heterochromia, but otherwise those tags aren't merged with her activation.
