I feel like some characters were made to carry on the legacy of other, more iconic characters, but it never really worked out and the writers never really had a solid idea of where to take those characters' stories. Gohan, Laura Kinney, Donna Troy, Ironheart, etc. But there's so much depth to Polaris that could be explored, so much coolness in her aesthetic and vibe that writers are sleeping on. I hope they give her more screentime and development for the better, because she's super underrated and has still has so much potential!
