The main female protagonist of animated series adaptation of Gradius since early 1988, Salamander. This blue-haired young women was a quite skilled on shooting (though not displayed), along with a smashing agility on piloting certain fighter pilot when it's on a mission. Behind her past memories filled with sadness that she was raised by her father before she somehow become a part of her own team despite of her young and naive teenager girl. Making her the most least useful - yet obscure - heroine one of all (or perhaps you didn't seemed to be familiar with another blue-haired heroine like El Viento, right after this one, but this was quite above average for some reasons).
