Hugo Kupka from Final Fantasy 16

Bad generation of face when full body or far away, mostly because his eyes are so small in game that you can't see them when far away. Need to use ADetailer to compensate the bad generation.

I had planned not to release this Lora at all but decided to just release it, even for just self use.
I plan to revisit this someday, hopefully to fix the bad face generation and clean up the tags.
