I've seriously been working on this for a long time, others things just got in the way and was thinking I'll be the 1st to post a Illustrious ver.... well I'm 7 days too late. Well maybe I can say I'm the 1st to try a Illustrious 1.1 ver. but whatever. I made this in the hope of it being anime accurate and for the most part I think I've done it.

Only covers Anne Merlai but Jotaro Kujo is tagged and can somewhat work as well.
He can be hit and miss as there is very little data of him, but look below for tags that may work.

v0 Problems: Sometimes short hair with cadet cap comes out wrong.
