HOW TO INSTALL:

Copy the file 4xLSDIRplusN.safetensors inside the folder: stable-diffusion/models/ESRGAN or ComfyUI/models/upscale_models

Restart/Reload you Stable Diffusion instance

The upscaler should be visible for hi-res and extras tabs
