This is a LoRA used to replicate the features and the outfits of Leonhard von Herdern (description in Japanese), one of the main antagonists of Takeshi and Maya in 星光の英雄たち(Heroes of Starlight), and also Takeshi's arch-enemy. Deputy Emperor of the Tozulon Empire, von Herdern (actual name unknown, he claims "it cannot be pronounced by any Earthling language") is the talented and ruthless de facto leader of the Tozulon Empire. He and Takeshi cross swords several time, and after a particularly heated battle von Herdern swears he'll be the one killing him...
Trigger words
Use vonherdern as a word trigger. To recreate his exact appearance, use
mature male, glasses, male focus, bald, red eyes
to your prompt.
To have him wear his signature robe, add
imperialrobe, red robe, medallion
to your prompt. Notice that the exact appearance is a bit unstable due to the fact that I couldn't generate 100% identical outfits in the data set. You can also add his sword with holding sword, holding weapon, long sword, red sword (helper LoRAs are highly recommended to get good generations, in this case).
I haven't used any other specific outfits, as the ones that will appear in the story are quite limited in number, but you can use any prompt with this LoRA without side effects.
LoRA weights and caveats
You can go from 0.7 to 1.0 weight without much issues. Detail enhancement LoRA and ADetailer are very useful to increase the amount of detail. I personally recommend from 0.9 upwards. For better generations, be explicit, i.e. add looking at viewer to make sure the character looks at viewer.
Dataset details
The data set contained 138 hand-curated images generated with copycat-RouWei with various poses and angles.All images put under a white background. Training was done with Civitai's internal trainer (there are no reliable guides on how to train with NoobAI using kohya-ss, or presets).

フォン・ヘルダーン は、武志とまやの宿敵の一人であり、トズロン帝国の副皇帝にして事実上の指導者です。（本名は「地球の言語では発音できない」と本人が語っています）優れた統治能力と冷酷さを兼ね備えた彼は、武志と幾度となく剣を交え、ある激戦を経て「必ず自らの手で武志を葬る」と誓います……
トリガーワード
vonherdern をトリガーワードとして使用してください。フォン・ヘルダーンの正確な外見を再現するには、以下のプロンプトを追加してください。mature male, glasses, male focus, bald, red eyes
彼の象徴的なローブ姿を再現したい場合は、以下のタグを追加してください。imperialrobe, red robe, medallion
ローブの外見は、データセットの都合上やや不安定になる場合があります。また、彼の剣を持たせたい場合は、 holding sword, holding weapon, long sword, red sword を追加するとより忠実に再現できます。（この場合、武器用補助LoRAを併用することを推奨します）
現時点で物語に登場する衣装が限られているため、その他の衣装向けのタグは特に用意していませんが、このLoRAはどのようなプロンプトと組み合わせても問題なく使えます。
LoRAの重みと注意点
0.7から1.0の重みで使用しても問題ありません。詳細を強化するためのLoRAやADetailerは非常に有用です。より良い生成のためには、具体的にプロンプトを指示することが重要です。例えば、キャラクターが視聴者を見るようにするには、looking at viewerを追加してください。
学習データの詳細
学習データには、copycat-RouWeiで生成した107枚の画像が含まれており、さまざまなポーズやアングルが使用されています。すべての画像は白い背景に配置されています。トレーニングはCivitaiの内部トレーナーを使用して行いました。NoobAIでkohya-ssやプリセットを使った学習方法については、まだ十分に整理されたガイドが少ないためです。
